What’s the next kitchen item you plan to buy?

Ok, I took my replacement scale out if the box and made pasta dough (the pasta I was going to make last night but was too lazy so took some out of the freezer instead). Anyway, they work great.

Apart from replenishing the rotating supply of food items/ingredients, what would you say is the next thing you plan to buy for your kitchen?

Something big, like a new fridge? Something small, like a stick bender? Something in between?

I’ve been on the lookout for some attractive swing-top bottles, so I can make some flavored adult drinks, especially with the upcoming holidays nearly upon us. I’d also be able to use them to make picnic-friendly tipples in the warmer months.

What about you? Planning any big or small kitchen purchases in the near future?
I wanted to get a dehydrator to dry fruits, but there isn't much space left to fit one.

yeah - they are rather large. I have a 5 tray Excalibur dehydrator and at the moment, it is in the garage because it is too warm here to run it anywhere else, but they do take up a lot of space.

I bought a new blender a while back but it's terrible.
So I still need a new one
Had that happen with a food processor, of all things, name-brand, too. Even the replacement the company sent was crap.

I've got an Oster all metal drive 600 watts that I've had for an easy 30 years and works well. It's even got a glass container thing!
I have a Waring I’ve had for about 20 years, also with the glass container. It’s heavy to manipulate sometimes, but the flimsy plastic ones some blenders have don’t inspire much confidence (let alone the staining issue).
