What’s the next kitchen item you plan to buy?

Well I know this isn't much of a kitchen item, but I want to get a set of crumpet/English muffin rings. I think I only need 6 since I will be cooking 4-6 at a time (total batch of 10-12). The thing is, we like smaller portions of food, and I see a lot of the rings are 4". They have some that are 3.15" (8cm) which seem more of a suitable size, to me. I never thought to measure the size of the ones from the grocery store. I saw a set of 6 of the 3.15" ones on Amazon for $2.99 (discounted from $9.99) that are stainless steel. I've just been cutting them out with a knife thus far and they have some nooks and crannies inside, but I am thinking if I use rings for the final rise and to cook them in they will have better texture inside. Anyone here have any experience with this?

Not me. But I am interested to know how it goes.

Well I chose the slow shipping method to reduce my carbon footprint, so I won't know right away. I did just do the normal cut-out ones this afternoon and they turned out pretty good. The crumpet rings can be used for eggs and other things as well.
I never had a lot of joy with the specific egg rings, the egg alway somehow found it’s way out somewhere 😂

Superfluous to requirements, doing my best to talk myself out of this unnecessary expenditure. Can feel brain trying to find a reason to buy it.. no must not spend money on unnecessary frippery immediately after instant pot purchase.

But it's picnic ware and it's purdy, surely one can't hurt .... 😬
TastyReuben where are you? I need your bad influence 😆

Edit: Oh dear there’s more than one.
