No its not at all gritty - its smooth and quite delicious, I think... I served this cold but it could be served warm.That is so attractive! Really pretty!
Is semolina gritty cooked like this or quite smooth? I think I vaguely remember it from my school dinners as being quite mushy/pulpy (no texture) but I guess that depends how it is cooked. Not much flavour though as I recall (and that was when my nose was working!)
