I had half of a small loaf of Challah bread left that needed to be used up, so I made overnight French toast for "lupper" - about halfway between lunch and supper. Along side our pieces we had a few breakfast sausage links and sauteed apples.
I also woke up with a taste for tuna salad, so I made a batch of that for nibbling tonight. It was very kind of my hubby to leave enough for me to have about six Triscuit crackers piled with tuna salad. I guess I made a good batch. No photo - I wanted to eat it up before he wandered into the kitchen.
