What did you cook or eat today (August 2022)?

Feeling lazy after a couple of big cooking days, so tried this packet curry. Surprisingly ok.

I've got ribs in the oven for tonight. I have chicken thighs and legs in a marinade for tandoori grilled chicken usng some spice provided by the spice master for tomorrow night, super excited to try it for the first time.

So how long and at what temperature on the outdoor BBQ grill do I cook these things? I figure the thighs go on a little sooner than the legs, and I think I am supposed to cook at really high heat (it's a propane grill) for about 30 minutes?

Russ sent me the tandoori spice mix and I mixed it with yogurt, ginger, and garlic per his instructions and it's been marinading since last night. He previously said to scrape off most of the marinade before grilling, I wish I knew a way to use the excess marinade. He's not around right now (I sent him a PM earlier and he didn't respond), does anyone have any tips for me on this? We usually cook around 8:30 PM and eat by 9:30 PM so I have time.

I made a nice raita sauce with yogurt, cucumber, onion and cilantro. Excited to try this!
