I keep forgetting that they are two different things depending on the country you live in! Here a grill is the BBQ. You cook them on high heat, then.I cook under the grill in the oven.

I have two settings, low broil and high broil using the top element. I suppose low broil, and for how long? Do I turn them halfway through then?I put foil on a rack then put on top of that and grill/broil

Yeah I am not fond of mint (except in sweets or tea) but had cilantro/coriander growing in my garden, so...I see you made rhaita that is a bonus.

I figured that was a given. There is cucumber in it, peeled and seeds removed, and finely chopped onion. Used a nice thick tangy yogurt, too.Cucumber is perfect as well
