1) Sandwich bread, well-buttered. 2) coriander mint chutney slathered on both sides. 3) Cucumber, red onion, potato, tomato, freshly chopped chiles and Cheddar cheese. 4) Every layer sprinkled liberally with Sandwich Masala.
