Burmese Fried Pork Curry....Wethani Kyet. This is a really different style of curry, less of the spices and more of the aromatics (onion,ginger,garlic). Though I did throw in some fresh tumeric as well...

What a load of Bollocks Yorkers. I would eat it with some bruin sauce and a pint of Newky Brown.

Very nice and turmeric addition is a brilliant twist. I cannot manage very well the fresh one though, only because I’ll get as yellow as The Simpsons. Did you use gloves?

I have had a go at making Windigo's white chocolate fudge recipe today. It is still setting in the fridge, but a quick peek revealed that it looks and smells amazing:
