I am back to my normal routine of grazing. Tonight, I made some Cajun Style Tuna Salad canapés for the Mayonnaise recipe challenge. Tasted good, and cleared my sinuses.

Air-fryer (marinated) chicken breast strips over salad (baby greens, black & green olives, mushrooms, tomato, and feta cheese) dressed with Caesar dressing, green bean salad, seeded semolina bread with "Italian" butter (olive oil, house blend AP seasoning, oregano, grated parmigiano reggiano & pecorino romano cheeses) to dip in for dinner last night.
