What did you cook or eat today (February 2022)

We had chicken cordon bleu last night for dinner with wild rice and asparagus. Quite good!

I just had some Ahi tuna hand rolls with sushi rice and lots of wasabi. A couple nights ago we had seared Ahi tuna steak sandwiches with wasabi mayo. Hubby had a small segment he didn't eat because it wouldn't fit on the sandwich bun (it was hanging over the edges of the bun even after he trimmed it back), so I decided to make a hand roll. And then another. And another. I am full now and my nose is running!
That sounds good! Is the nose runny from the wasabi?
 
Oh, and hubby didn't finish his dinner last night. He didn't eat his brioche roll and had 1/3 of a cordon bleu leftover (I had cooked 2 for him last night). So today I reheated his cordon bleu in the toaster oven so the breading got crisp and toasted his brioche roll halves, then made 3 fried eggs and served it to him for his breakfast! He inhaled it so I guess it was good.

Throw eggs on it and it's breakfast!
 
Yesterday was all about the eggs here, for both meals

Breakfast was eggs on top of toast with a rocket tomato, basil & Parmesan salad

That Gado Gado looks great to me, selamat makan! ( Indonesian for ' enjoy your meal ' ) ❤

Only we Indo's usually don't add tomatoes 😉 didn't it conflict with the peanut sauce?

That's why I call it a hash, I don't know if that's how the word was intended to be used, but it's a mish mash hodge podge that only has it's foundations in potatoes.
Yep - I think "hash" is an apt description. Still, doesn´t matter what you call it, it´s how good it tastes, and "hash" for breakfast is just the best.
