Oof toothache. I remember reading a quote when I was a child something about the limitless capacity for mans thought can be reduced to the size of a toothache.
I'd never had toothache at that point in time, I soon understood!
It's gone now. It was just something in between those two teeth pushing against them.

And how did the instant pot cook go?
It was good! I used more liquid than the recipe called for because I was afraid of the instant pot exploding for not having enough liquid
so the sauce wasn't thick enough but I learned my lesson. I also didn't use the sauté function properly but now I know how it works. The chicken thighs were perfect though!

Despite that air con was on I made chicken kiev with roast potatoes carrots and parsnips. First corn for the season. And man was it good with butter. Our corn is a few weeks away yet.
