Even when my kids see someone with a limp or something and I'm near, they just say, ministry, and we laugh. I was in a bar with a friend about 10 years ago and a creepy guy that pestered women walked past us. He had a limp,as well. I started singing .... I like the way you move.
I suppose it's a bit mean.?

The eggs had scallions, red bell pepper, sharp cheddar, and creme fraiche in there.

How did you make the eggs - are they cooked 'en cocotte'?

I just cook it in strips and stir it through the mash. I just call it endive mash, but I understand the confusion. It's a Dutch way to eat it, not common elsewhere

Kinda like colcannon or champ but with endive. I must try that.

Yes it is, in the Netherlands it's common to make a kind of colcanonnon with almost any vegetable . All green vegetables, kale species and root vegetables at least are fair game.

Yes. Usually, I bake them in the ramekins, but this time, I steamed them in a water bath in my electric skillet.

No, they're whole. They're just covered in cheese and creme fraiche, so you can't see the yolks.
