Last night we had crispy skin salmon fillets also.
I mixed up a Korean style marinade with gochujang, sesame oil, sesame seeds, mirin which I tossed cauliflower in before baking then brushed the same onto the salmon. Served these up with a cucumber & avocado salad with lime dressing.
