So time to play catch up. It's been a busy but boring week especially food wise. Not too much in the way of cooking, more reheating from the freezer, adding protein and serving until yesterday...
So sweet potato, squash & corn chowder with vegan sausages for protein.
a tomato soup with protein pasta and mock duck (protein pasta is made from a variety of lentil/pea/bean flours instead of wheat flour hence the protein). Hubby seems to be getting gluten intolerant so prefers the gluten free pasta now.
Hubby came back from the deep freeze with a vegan cheese sauce, so cauliflower, broccoli and some braised leeks served with some mock duck.
And still needing to eat the fresh veg in the fridge, protein pasta, broccoli, cauliflower, braised leeks, & vegan sausages served with the last of the frozen vegan cheese sauces.
