Lunch was leftover pasta, hot and sweet Italian sausage. Pan-fried till crispy.

I ate more watermelon. Thinking I am going to do sauteed turnip greens for dinner. Those two brisket sandwiches weren't huge but that's enough red meat for one day

Now that’s exactly my fave way ever to cook leftover spaghetti. My dad made this often and it’s such a great dish. Yes, pan-fried till crispy, crunchy too and even slightly burnt.

I just can't get enough of it, sorry for the repetition but Teriyaki salmon was eaten once again. With some rice, cucumber, radish and watermelon.

Looks delicious!

I like teriyaki salmon over rice topped with cucumber, green onion, and avocado topped with tobiko and a little Wasabi and soy mixture. All one bowl.

It's amazing how a large amount of greens reduces to about 25% on cooking. And I just lightly sauteed them. Super good!

Is that just onion and bacon with the greens? Looks wonderful. I like to do bacon and potato with baby spinach.

Mom always made leftover pasta this way. I have more for breakfast or brunch today.
