I hate to say this but the image is so blurry its hard to see. I've never eaten cooked oysters though as I'm addicted to them raw.

PS. You have a much better smart phone than me so its a shame not to use it for food photos. Just sayin.... :D

Just baked some Cornflour Biscuits with choco chips. They taste good and I really enjoy the granular texture, yet Iā€™m not very happy with their shape since I was expected them to be flatterā€¦ dunno why they stayed like that this time..
maybe because Iā€™ve used skimmed milk rather than the usual whole one, I suppose šŸ¤”

I love them grilled (on BBQ). You baste them with garlic butter while cooking. It's a common thing in New Orleans.

What did you cook/eat today (December 2019)?

I also love a good fried oyster po-boy. Oh, and good old Oysters Rockefeller.

Sounds very interesting.

Ok I wasn't listening apparently. Wasn't until we arrived I realized my mistake. Restaurant was fumo Japanese and a pleasant surprise. Everyone had very good meals. Wifes tempura veges was heaven. My chicken teriyaki was so tender and tasty, I need to know that light dressing it was served with. I wished I ordered the bigger version of mine.
1 thigh $18 bigger $35. We are going back. Our daughter has been to japan and cooks it regularly ( and beautiful) she didn't know this one. Shes also trying it now.
Denise who booked the place didnt seat us at the sushi train part.

Yeah I know, lens is 50/50 I get a good shot. I like raw also. Floating in malt vinegar and smothered in white pepper.

Lunch was pasta salad.

Dinner was pasta, hot and sweet Italian sausage, tomato sauce, topped with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano & pecorino romano cheeses. I took a picture of leftovers in a tray because it will also be lunch tomorrow.
