I also don't know why. They are being uploaded to a media album same as always. No change at my end.

Skate wing, ratatouille and potatoes.

It looks alright but I wasn’t really very happy with it , particularly the ratatouille which didn’t taste all that great, which was disappointing after all the chopping and prepping of the veg for it. And the fish took a long time to cook and after frying it for what seemed ages, I ended up microwaving some of the pieces to make sure they were done in the middle as they were still a bit bloody, so overall a bit of a fail.

Ah well..

Skate wing shouldn't take much time to cook at all so I'm puzzled. That actually doesn't look like a skate wing - or if it is, its only part of one.

Salad and repeat of the ham balls, with a new sauce (apricot jam, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder):
