I made baby back pork ribs in the oven with BBQ sauce, lima beans and corn, and mashed potatoes. Hubby had brown gravy on his taters and I had mine with butter and salt. Very yummy, but too hungry for pics.
We've resisted for a whole week, but tonight just had to be pasta.
Roasted tomatoes, peppers and garlic, added to sauteed onions, aubergines and courgettes. And a healthy dose of homemade hot sauce.
