Homemade chicken noodles soup with homemade chicken broth.

It's been forever since I had soup, but your version looks so good that I'm definitely making it for myself today.

The leftover Avgolemono chicken/egg/lemon soup, lovely even cold. A gluten free sourdough bread with the couscous filling. Supper.
Pineapple for dessert ( canned).

Tovala meals of pork ragu with cheese tortellini. Bread from the bakery with a spread made from the fresh garlic membranes and EVOO, very, very mild garlic flavor.

Took wife to setton pub aka anglers arms she had a steak sandwich with chips I had bacon egg and cheese burger with chips plus drinks. All under $30.
Nice people too.

So tonight was a chipolata in bread.
A chipolata is a skinny long sausage usually for brekky.

Coffee before lab with Dad.

Breakfast afterwards, on repeat from yesterday, sourdough gluten free bread, local pepperoni and leftover, last bit couscous filling.

Bought Aronia juice for Dad. G P recommended.

Elevenses. Banana, early soy yoghurt ( chilled for 90 minutes, instead of the remaining quantity that will chill for another 8h), red currant, I did add two homemade biscuits after snaping the pic.

Lunch will be simple onion,garlic, tomato sauce over gluten free pasta. Done. Pic later.

Will start on osso bucco.
