I always wondered how much of that is an act? Could anyone be that big of a jerk?

I’ve seen him as a guest on several talk shows, and he comes across as quite boorish and egotistical, just in the way he talks about things (usually himself).

Lunch, another twist on the leftovers:

(Possibly the tallest I ever had) toasted gluten free white bread, with mounted quinoa pork mixture, refreshed with pumpkin seed oil, sweet chilli sauce and a touch of mayo. Fresh tomatoes.

Excellent! No objection whatsoever!
