I took on board everyone's comments and made my own spice paste. I couldn't believe the difference, to the point I will never buy a jar again. The difference was chalk and cheese so thank you to this wonderful community for pointing me in the right direction.
Fire roasted tomatoes or fresh in the summer. Sweet onion, cilantro, oregano, garlic, garlic salt, roasted peeled and chopped chilies whatever kind I have. Salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of lime. What do you put in that salsa Milkduds? It looks good.

Well after my last attempt at a Thai dish where I used a Jar for spice paste I took on board everyone's comments and made my own spice paste. I couldn't believe the difference, to the point I will never buy a jar again. The difference was chalk and cheese so thank you to this wonderful community for pointing me in the right direction. It was absolutely beautiful! , Thai green curry with vegetables, chicken and North Sea cold water prawns & Jasmine rice. I love that you never stop learning when cooking.View attachment 42298
