I have been waking up in the middle of the night craving cookies. Sunday I made Triple Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookies.
3 1/2 dozen should satisfy my cravings for a while.
Lunch Sunday - roasted beet and goat cheese pizza.
Dinner last night - ground meat patty, jalapeno poppers, cucumbers and cantelope from the garden.
I spent yesterday afternoon and a good part of today processing 4 dozen ears of corn.

We just had chocolate chip cookies and decaf coffee with loads of heavy cream.

Russ they are so ooey gooey that you could not dunk them.
That's how ours were. Pick them up by the edge, and they immediately started to droooooop.
