Fijian comfort food cooked in my Aussie home kitchen.....lamb rourou. Not much to look at, but a delicious stew of taro leaves, coconut, and lamb necks.

Yes,it is. Really? Real real? I thought that was a global standard...
It is a separate division called McCaffee it is way less crowded than the main McD...
And we used the McD app to collect points with every purchase...it gets us a discount next time...

The milk foam was amazingly pretty,yes! I watched the lady do it, she lowered the cup at an angle and shaking the milk did it in one sway...wow.

That is on the first floor of Arena Mall.

Initially we wanted to eat at the downstairs Torterie, as we were browsing shops there,a local pastry,coffee shop, but all seats were occupied,30 people there at least...and a line up of 5 people, the serving staff did not look like they were managing quick enough...and I really needed that blood pressure caffeine and sugar boost asap...

Mc was goood!

The rice looks yum. What a good idea to mix rice and roni...
I recently watched a Spanish rice video recipe, it looks delicious,quite some veges and lots of spice, and finished in the oven. I will want to try both this and the Spanish rice...👍

Ummm... Rice-a-Roni is just a brand name of packaged rice and spice blends in the US and Canada. There is no "roni." I don't no where the "roni" in the name came from.

Hard boiled eggs for late supper last night, with the last pieces of salmon, fresh bell pepper and toms in soy sauce and sunflower oil. Zero carb,👍💪.

Kid had omelette and prosciutto-like ham. Oh and she made excellent guacamole the night before,I had it on Edam cheese slices.

Did I mention the coffee packs with coconut and white choc flavour? Got them gifted by a student's Mom, fun to serve as dessert for me...

Oh wow, my missunderstanding. Thanks for clarifying!
I thought I saw spaghetti pieces in Tasty's pic and thought oh ok,he used spaghetti instead of macaroni...but, I just started my first coffee, so ...

But anyways, I think kid would love a mix of spaghetti and rice and chicken over it...you know how great inventions arise from concidental mistakes or non intentional discoveries...😎
 
Store bought chicken schnitzel my home made sauce and cheese grilled on top. Hand cut sweet tatters (orange, we get about three colours) roasted, with parsnip pumpkin and carrots. The aioli was perfect for the chips. 10/10 for me on our 44th anniversary. caseydog I thought it was next month but as usual daughter txt me today. Meal was perfect.
Pineapple flavoured ice cream choc covered on a stick.
Perfect.

I make perfect in my eyes mushrooms made by a mistake, I was I trusted by a visitor who turned them off and left them, when I went back and carried on they were so tender I always do that now.
