Today is the Autumn equinox here in Australia.

Correct. It's Spring Equinox in the northern hemisphere, autumnal in the southern. So, yes, rascal , I understand that September is Spring Equinox for folks in NZ. I was a bit burned out from lack of sleep and didn't connect.

I had an 11 hour workday. I cooked fish over pasta anyway.

Does my fish look like a snake's head, lizard,, or frog up close? Too bad it didn't look like a religious figure. I could auction it on ebay.

Looks like fried fish to me
I didn´t have to do dinner last night. Wife made some stuffed mushrooms, with peppers and feta cheese. I threw together a salad dressed with oil, balsamic, salt and pepper.

Isolation dinner in 2 courses.

My daughter dropped off a couple of salad kits as my partner & son never prepare salads for themselves. My son was in charge of dinner tonight and he made then stole (LOL..) half the “caesar” salad.

Lunch with some old friends today. We ate at Dishoom, in Covent Garden.
Absolutely delicious: Pau Bhaji and samosas to start; Chicken Ruby, Masala Fish and Blackened Prawns , House Black Daal, Basmati and naan bread.

Breakfast was an extra strong cup of black tea with cinnamon and honey, then a cup of coffee with French vanilla flavor and cream. I had two halves of an English muffin for lunch with lots of melted Challenge butter (good American butter brand).
