Slightly peppery, slightly sweet and pretty because it's got lots of little black flecks in it!

Dortmunder draft beer, flatbread pepperoni and mushrooms pizza, and parmesan encrusted chicken breast with lemon butter basil drizzle, steamed broccoli, and cheddar mashed potatoes.

I really wanna like that beer, it looks so good, I just can't stand the taste of alcohol. I do have it in my house though. I do cook with it often. The taste of alcohol is gross to me but the flavor left behind after you burn off the alcohol is delicious.

I'd say that Dortmunder gravy after boiling sausage in it would be fantastic and you could reduce the alcohol out of it. Dortmunder isn't very alcohol forward flavored IMO. I'd have to have 2, though...1 for drinking and 1 for the gravy!

TastyReuben that's my standard meal at BJ's Brewhouse. Everytime I order it (which is every time) the bartender or server will say, "Oh that's my favorite thing on the menu". I remember you saying you didn't really like their food so I thought I'd let you know. Also Monday night is 1/2 priced pizzas.. I don't love their deep dish but I do like their flatbread and tavern cut pizza.
