Used leftover ham and leftover potato gratin to make a a quick frittata, paired with a simple salad and a bit of bread.

Homemade crumpets....cooked yesterday, eaten this morning for breakfast smothered in butter and mango/maracuja jam (store bought).

Last nights dinner. Pork escalope rub with Dils Kurdish/Syrian spice mix then BBQed, a melange of oven chips and tomato salad.

Had lunch at the restaurant store. Grilled cheese and Dutch apple pie with whipped cream.
Well done! I tried making them a few times bit the holes are never as big/deep as store bought.

Possibly, I really don't know. I'm told it's more of a Laos/Khmer thing but my wife hails from north of Chiang Mai.

I had an "air fryer" delivered today. Not an easy introduction as the instructions were in Thai and my wife said that they were not clear at all.
OK, I read a few bits on the net and gave it a go with a few chips. 5/10 - I hope because I expect much better in the future!
