Fresh tomatoes (peeled), tinned tomatoes, onions, carrot and garlic. Salt and pepper. Nowt else.

I once managed a 900g (31oz) T-bone, but I guess if you take the bone out of the equation the amount of meat is maybe 3/4. I won't be doing that again.

It was too dry on its own so I made a cajun gravy (and once again I screwed up the roux). Also made rice stir fried with green onions, ginger and carrot

A famous Australian horse I had 2 mares booked to about 20 years ago died that year. He was fake left..he only had 1 as well. He was out of an albatross mare. I was gutted.
You have a good attitude for a survivor.

Nothing fancy but I did manage to stay awake long enough to overcook the rice! Lol

The 'sprinkles' are cashew parmesan

Had a small piece of pan-fried ham steak, one scrambled egg, and a slice of bakery rye toast last night.

I had some curried lentils and pea & potato curry, which I spiced up with fried onions and 3-4 fresh green chiles.
No photo - too late at night!

Lunch was some wonton noodle soup I made:

Minced beef was on offer at the supermarket and I bought 1.5 kg of it, plus I had some celery and carrots I had to use up so I made a massive pot of bolognese. This is after we ate a load for dinner with some spaghetti - I'll freeze this lot:
