Tonight we are having home-made pizza with lots of onions. I am going to caramelise the onions first.

Tonight I'm going to preparing Ligurian flat bread (focaccia) with a lot of onions too! I don't caramelize onions for this recipe, but yours seems interesting..

After all of this talk of chips, fries or whatever they are called, I'm going to make a few for dinner...and therefore I have to make burgers to go with them...Greasy goodness and it's all your guyz's faults...

The freezer was bursting at the seams, so we made a few frozen things. Steamed shrimp shu mai and veggie gyoza with a peanut butter and soy dipping sauce, and a frozen mini meals of Korean "fire grilled" bbq chicken and carrots. Side o' rice.

Tonight's dinner was purple sprouting broccoli and cauliflower, with cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced potatoes, mushrooms, onions, garlic and leeks in an egg, cheese and mustard sauce, followed by grapes, apples, and homemade yoghurt.

Enough left for lunch tomorrow

It was moussaka (sorry, no photos). Lots of good lamb mince cooked down in a tomato sauce with cinnamon and dried mint. A simple 'custard' on top made with yoghurt and eggs.

This picture was taken of a lelawadee flower using a 24mm lens (size app 3,500 x 2300 px)

This picture of the same flower using a 250mm lense from the same position (approx same size in pixles).

This is the same picture as the first but now digitally zoomed to replicate the 250mm optical zoom picture (the size is now 350 x 250 px).

It doesn't look significantly inferior until you blow it up to the same size as the 250mm optical zoom picture.

Does that make sense?

It does. But your photo is good in the first place. Substitute a phone camera and it might be even worse if 'zoomed in'.

He cooks his own eggs. My egg cooking is limited to scrambled eggs.
