What did you cook/eat today (April 2017)?

Beef fillet pan fried with mushrooms, roast potatoes (cooked in the halogen), Chinese cabbage (with a slightly suspect white peppered sauce) and English mustard.

Let it bleed.........
 
The remainder of the Chinese cabbage is cooked and will go toward a bubble and squeak tomorrow.
 
It has been a lovely sunny day. We went to Borough Market and had a light lunch at a cafe there of wild mushrooms on sourdough followed by a rather good gelato ice-cream.
 
Drove into the city last night to do some wholesaling..stopped at a Beer House and had a bite. Not bad. Escargot, and a Flank steak on salad....but the highlight was the three Belgian beers I drank...some of them were 11% alcohol..needless to say, things were a bit foggy today at the old deli....
