I have never eaten or tasted the rhubarb .. I'm curious though because I noticed it is often used in your recipes.
Stilton is a type of English herb cheese that seems to me, right?

Is rhubarb not available in Italy. If not this is another food you must try in England!

Stilton is a famous blue cheese (no herbs)

Really I don't know if it is available in Italy or not. I'll check to supermarket next time or take a look on internet. But I've never saw or heard people cooking or eating rhubarb here...of course It will be another thing to try in England!
