Still got some more things to make today; I'm having a go at Lebanese fried kibbe. I made them once, about 10 years ago, but really fancied some this week and the frozen versions are inordinately expensive.
I made Morning Glory ’s potato & beetroot salad.
Mine seems to have gone a lot more… beety.
It’s delicious, and I love the vibrancy of the dish. It’s a real looker!

She absolutely flipped for it. She tried a forkful a couple of hours ago, and I nearly lost a hand getting it back from her.
