I understand the dill pickle…with the cheese…and the pretzel dough…but what’s up with the peanut butter?! I also have no idea who “Da Bishop” is. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yesterday's dinner was Japanese, sushi made by actual Japanese people in little Tokyo.
It was good but suprisingly not better than the sushi place we go to at home.

It was a mix of Tuna Toro ( belly) , salmon Toro , prawns, pickled veg and some okonomiyaki.

We also had these Taiyaki, very popular in Japan and very cute!
Was in an Asian supermarket in Duluth Georgia recently and saw those.
 
I used sourdough discard, with hardly any extra flour, so I think I overproofed it.
I just didn't give it any attention...
I'm not great at making pizza dough myself. I don't do it often enough I guess. I'm good at bread though.
 
Last night's and tonight's evening meals.

Frittata, new Zealand yams roasted, saffron cauliflower and broad beans.

tonight's had the full roasted safrron cauliflower with the date dressing along with a pea and rice dish (featuring edname beans, peas and broad beans). I threw the excess saffron water into the rice dish towards the end. I think I need to find a new supplier of brown basmati rice.
