Homemade sauerkraut (yes, it was ready), mashed with potatoes.
I eould have liked to have rookworst (smoked sausage), spek (bacon) & jus (gravy), but I didn't have.
Very good just with bought farmers sausage.
And it does taste much better than it looks!

Just ate this Uova in Purgatorio (Eggs in Purgatory) for dinner. I’ve made a very simple sauce by using fresh tomatoes and canned peas. It was delicious

Fried chicken (wing, thigh, breast - I didn’t take time to arrange them better because they were still sizzling) and Harvard beets.
Oh wait, sorry, I think you meant the burger. I can’t count!
Anyway, it’s a burger, a very skinny smashburger sort of thing.

The beets all graduated summa cum laude.
I don’t know, but it was about the best chicken I’ve had in a long, long time. The fat was still sizzling under the skin.Is that broasted?
