We make Indian food from time to time. I used up the rest of the spice mix and sauce I had frozen from the chicken vindaloo I made recently. Yes, I make naan when we have Indian food. Just made a very simple raita this time, yogurt, cumin, garlic, lime juice, grated cucumber, S and P.
Cooking chicken do-piaza today. Three or four portions; one for tomorrow, the rest for freezing.
I'll leave the second onion and the coriander until ready to eat.
