Chicken with mushroom sauce, roast cauli, carrot/potato mash:

I used up leftover ratatouille to make soup by adding some roasted red peppers, some chicken stock and cream:

I'm getting back into cooking and baking, finally!
I thought I'd make one of DH's favorite meals:

Grilled Salmon fillets & Asparagus with that ever present steamed white Rice.

That's a huge slice of pork tenderloin. :ohmy: That's the size of pork loin.

That was a from-frozen product, it probably had a little bit of every part in it. :laugh:

Anyway, most sandwiches like that (around here, anyway) are called tenderloin, but are usually made from a butterflied loin chop. “Tenderloin” sounds better than “loin” - it’s more tender! :wink:
