Too hot to hang around outside. So, may as well enjoy the air conditioning and make a curry. Chili garlic chicken, and Palak Aloo.

Cheesebread with mozzarella and smoked gouda, with ranch with fresh cracked pepper and dill as a dip.

No pics but granddaughter Isla here for 2 hrs cleaning with my wife.. kitchen walls mainly. Shes a great help with height. Shes 6 foot. Her mum is also 6'.
She had a butter chicken pie
I had a pasty and wife had egg and cheese sammy.

Breakfast: Spelt flour pancakes with light strawberry jam. Around 9 am. Coffee and a fresh nectarine around 7,30 am.

Midday snack, lactose free feta, testing, red currant, coco yoghurt.

Soy yoghurt in the making. 11 more hours to go.
