Savoury cake with different toppings, inspired by Pizza. Lunch.

Millet and spelt flours in the yeast base.

Lard+garlic+salt.
Tomato concentrate, sunflower oil and mozzarella
Lard, garlic, tomato concentrate, lactose free feta, bell pepper.

I made a double batch, which I should not have. Will be wiser next time. A tad more salt into the dough, thinner base, even more toppings.

Good lunch though!

Tomorrow, daughter cooks, chicken and sweet potatoes.

Yesterday was my grandson's 5th birthday. Originally we were going to have the party at 2pm, but since England reached the final of the Euros, we put back the party till 11am so we could watch the final. Shouldn't have bothered, really:(
Anyway . . here's some of the food I made for the party. Blue cheese shortbreads, Capressa-on-a-stick, with homemade pesto, cheddar cheese straws:
