More birria tacos. What's left is going in the freezer for nachos later.

Been traveling a bit lately. When we have been home I haven’t done much cooking. Tonight I decided to get back on track. Hashbrown casserole with rosemary gouda cheese. Corn in a skillet with butter, salt and I tossed in some basil and tossed some peppercorns in the pan as well. Just basic cast iron cooked bone in pork chops.
