Been traveling a bit lately. When we have been home I haven’t done much cooking. Tonight I decided to get back on track. Hashbrown casserole with rosemary gouda cheese. Corn in a skillet with butter, salt and I tossed in some basil and tossed some peppercorns in the pan as well. Just basic cast iron cooked bone in pork chops.

Just out of the oven homemade gluten free cake ( dates, corn flour, plums, soy yoghurt). Topping: coconut cream with raspberry jam, a pecan.
