I’ve got my current couscous thingy going, I just realized I’ve got to invert it out of a 12-inch skillet and onto a plate, and I’m three drinks in…should be interesting.

What’s the couscous equivalent of, “…and now we’re having scrambled eggs?”

Oh, do you have a large pizza pan? That might even be better. I dunno. I guess the pizza peel would work if it's big enough.

You've piqued my curiosity. Anxiously awaiting details on what the heck it is? Is it a couscous frittata? Is it a couscous quiche? Pie?
